Matches, text, 200 superstitions, blu-tack, pound coins, viewers: participants

Two hundred matches inscribed with handwritten superstitions are blu-tacked around a gallery space. A text panel invites the viewer to buy a match by self-service, replacing it with a one pound coin to be stuck exactly where the match was. The matches are bought individually over the course of the show, gradually changing the artwork to two hundred pound coins, bluetacked around a gallery space.
